WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged on your initial billing date each month you are charged.
HOW DO I KNOW THE NEXT SCENT?
An email will be sent on the 1st of each month with the details of the following month's subscription box scent and on Floradee Candle Co.'s Instagram page. The current scent will always be included on the Monthly Subscription Box product page as well.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship each month on the day that you start the subscription. For example, if you order the subscription box on February 10th, each month on the 10th your subscription box will ship. This also means that you can order the subscription box any day of the month - no deadline!
CAN I SKIP A MONTH?
If you have purchased the monthly subscription option, yes. Email us at floradeecandleco@gmail.com that you would like to pause your membership for this month, and we will take care of it for you.
